			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Put in my entry today for the the Armstrong <a href="http://festivalofcycling.co.nz" title="Armstrong Festival of Cycling" target="_blank">Festival of Cycling</a> which is on the 1st &amp; 2nd of December. I have entered the <a href="http://festivalofcycling.co.nz/default.asp?PageID=9183" target="_blank">Long Bays Classic</a> which is a 75km cycle on a challenging but achievable tour of Christchurch&#8217;s iconic Port Hills and Lyttelton Harbour.
